Keystone Cooperative, Inc. seeks an Entry Level Driver Training role to prepare CDL candidates for testing, certification, and safe operation of commercial vehicles. Training will follow FMCSA guidelines and industry materials.
The position includes behind-the-wheel instruction, documentation submission, and ongoing trainee feedback, with travel within the company territory and occasional overnight trips. A strong communicator with a CDL and DOT card is essential.
The purpose of this position is to provide Entry Level Driver Training to employees obtaining a CDL. This position will be responsible for preparing individuals for all aspects of the hands‑on operations of a commercial vehicle by guidelines set forth by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. This position will ensure our new CDL drivers are fully prepared to take the required test, obtain their CDL through State testing agencies and to safely operate commercial motor vehicles.
