Keystone Cooperative, Inc. seeks an Entry Level Driver Training role to prepare CDL candidates for testing, certification, and safe operation of commercial vehicles. Training will follow FMCSA guidelines and industry materials.

The position includes behind-the-wheel instruction, documentation submission, and ongoing trainee feedback, with travel within the company territory and occasional overnight trips. A strong communicator with a CDL and DOT card is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Current DOT medical card is required.
• Willing to become a certified trainer.
• Clean driving history.
• Drug and alcohol screening as part of employment.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Basic internet/computer usage skills.

Responsibilities

• Comply with DOT regulations and state/local laws.
• Instruct behind-the-wheel training per FMCSA and industry materials.
• Submit training completion documentation via the Training Provider Registry portal.
• Answer trainee questions and provide constructive feedback.
• Promote a positive learning environment for trainees.
• Travel within company trade territory and occasional overnight travel.
