Job summary

Keystone Cooperative, Inc. is seeking a team member to support location operations while pursuing a CDL within 12 months of hire. After obtaining CDL and completing required documents, the role will transfer to Driver/Operation with pay increase.

Responsibilities include general lot maintenance, receiving and delivering Agronomy products, grounds maintenance, equipment compliance, and safety. We offer growth opportunities, team support, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED; may be offset by experience. Pursuing a Class A or B CDL preferred, or Ag CDL, with required endorsements.
• Valid driver’s license; must be able to meet a Motor Vehicle Review in accordance with Company policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with outbound and inbound Agronomy products.
• Ensure safety compliance.
• Assist in equipment maintenance.
• Assist in housekeeping and maintenance of facility grounds including mowing, spraying weeds, and moving snow.
• Communicate daily activities, needs and accomplishments to management.
• Prepare and maintain records in accordance with regulations and company procedures.
• May assist in measuring inventory of dry fertilizer, NH3, UAN, and other chemicals.

Job Description Position Overview:

The purpose of this position is to support other roles at the location while actively pursuing a CDL. A CDL must be obtained within 12 months of hire. Once a CDL is obtained and all required documentation is complete, the employee will be moved to the Driver/Operation position with the appropriate pay increase. This role will engage in a range of responsibilities including general lot maintenance, receiving, and delivering product, grounds maintenance and equipment compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in equipment maintenance.

Required Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Prior ag experience a plus Required overtime as the season demands.
• Basic mechanical skills for daily maintenance of equipment preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills Excellent time management, prioritization, and judgment skills
• Possess a positive attitude, high energy, and focused attention to detail.
• Must have a high sense of urgency and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and team player attitude.
• Territory and agriculture knowledge is a plus.
