Job summary

SP+, located at Cleveland Hopkins Airport, is seeking a Shuttle Supervisor to oversee day-to-day shuttle operations in the local area. You will ensure compliance with contractual guidelines, manage on-site staff, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

The role requires at least a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid CDL Class A or B with Passenger Endorsement, and DOT Medical Card. Availability for second/third shifts and weekends may be required, with hourly pay around $24.00.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related experience or training preferred.
• DOT-regulated shuttle operations experience preferred.
• Valid CDL Class A or B license with Passenger Endorsement required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day management of shuttle operation within location guidelines.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with management duties and duties as assigned.
• Courteously assist customers.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of equipment and any general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
• Report accidents or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
• Assist with cleanup and cover for other positions if needed.
• Have thorough knowledge of shuttle operation areas, routes, landmarks and freeways in the area of the garage.
• Complete other duties as needed.
