Job summary

SP+ is seeking a Shuttle Bus Operator in Texas to ensure safe and reliable shuttle service. You will perform inspections, maintain cleanliness, fuel buses, and assist passengers, including those with disabilities.

The role requires a valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement and a medical card, with potential 3rd shift and weekend availability. Applicants must have a clean DMV record, punctuality, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Less than High School or 1 month related experience.
• License: Valid CDL Class A/B/C with Passenger Endorsement per DOT regulations.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Shift availability, including 3rd shift and weekends, if needed.
• Language: ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections and maintain bus cleanliness.
• Assist disabled passengers and direct questions to management when needed.
• Ensure on-time attendance, proper uniform, and full scheduling compliance.
• Possess and display valid driver’s license with passenger endorsement at all times.
• Follow safety policies and report accidents or hazards to Facility Manager.
• Assist in loading luggage and operate shuttle buses at airport locations as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of garage areas and major local streets/freeways.
• Support Facility Manager with additional duties as required.
