Job summary

Resource Management Systems, Inc. (RMS) is seeking dependable drivers to provide public transportation to the local community in Memphis, TN. This role requires a current CDL with Passenger Endorsement, a DOT pre-employment drug screen, driving a safety focused, passenger-oriented service.

Position is safety sensitive and subject to insurance requirements; full-time and part-time shifts are available with competitive hourly pay and benefits eligibility. Training and onboarding are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License with Passenger Endorsement.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Ability to pass pre-employment DOT drug screening.
• Ability to pass criminal background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment DOT physical.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles for passenger transport.
• Transport clients to and from scheduled appointments.
• Assist passengers with boarding and exiting vehicles (if applicable).
• Operate wheelchair lifts and ensure passenger safety.
• Conduct vehicle inspections as outlined in company policy.
• Maintain accurate trip and mileage records.
• Communicate with dispatch and management as needed.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and professionalism.
