Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking a dedicated Bus Operator to safely transport employees between locations in Memphis, TN. This full-time, non-exempt role operates on the PM shift and requires a TN CDL with a P endorsement.

Responsibilities include safety checks, passenger service, and coordination with airport staff. Eligible employees receive flight privileges after 30 days, healthcare, 401k, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver employee shuttle passengers to assigned airport area.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance and adhere to Unifi policies.
• Perform pre- and post-vehicle safety checks on the bus.
• Provide courteous customer service aligned with shuttle operations.
• Coordinate with clients to move passengers/crew from remote areas to terminals.
• Operate and communicate using CB radios to stay informed of route information.
