SP Plus Corporation in San Diego is seeking a Shuttle Driver with a valid CDL license to operate shuttle buses safely and professionally. You will assist passengers, perform vehicle inspections, and ensure timely transport between garage areas and airport or city locations.

The role requires reliable attendance, a neat uniform, and the ability to handle luggage. DOT medical card and passenger endorsement are mandatory, with potential 3rd-shift or weekend work.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience Required: Less than High School education or one month related experience, training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• License Requirement: Valid CDL Class A, B or C Driver’s License with Passenger Endorsement.
• DOT Medical Card: DOT Medical Card is required.
• Availability to Work: 3rd shift and/or weekends may be required depending on location.
• Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, write simple correspondence.
• Mathematical Skills: Basic arithmetic with dollars and cents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client and customer experience guided by SP+ Promise.
• Perform vehicle inspections and maintain bus interiors.
• Be punctual, in uniform, and report accidents or safety hazards.
• Maintain knowledge of garage areas, streets, landmarks for seamless transport.
• Assist customers with luggage and travel items when applicable.
• Provide coverage for cashiers or valets when necessary.
