Job summary

SP+ is recruiting a Shuttle Driver in New York City to operate shuttle buses safely and transport passengers efficiently. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, punctuality, and compliance with DOT regulations.

The position requires a CDL with Passenger Endorsement, a valid DOT Medical Card, and vaccination against COVID-19. Training on safety, vehicle inspections, and customer assistance is provided.

Qualifications

• COVID-19 vaccination required.
• CDL Class A, B or C Driver’s License with Passenger Endorsement required per DOT regulations.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Availability to work 3rd shift and/or weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client and customer experience guided by SP+ Promise.
• Perform vehicle inspections and maintain bus cleanliness.
• Log trip counts and assist disabled passengers as needed.
• Be on time, in uniform, and ready for work every scheduled day.
• Know the garage areas and major streets to assist customers efficiently.
• Assist with luggage and other travel items when applicable.
• Support the Facility Manager with other duties as needed.
