10-4 Logistics is hiring CDL school graduates for an Eastern regional dry van fleet. Training includes one-on-one mentoring, paid orientation, and weekly pay. After successful completion, you drive your own assigned truck with no-touch freight and regional routes.

During solo operations, earnings are projected at $1,600–$1,800+ per week with clocked dispatch support and day-one benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k). Home time is weekly or bi-weekly.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A required.
• 120 hours CDL school completion required.
• Strong safety and communication mindset.

Responsibilities

• Attend paid orientation and mentor program.
• Receive weekly pay during training.
• Operate no-touch dry van freight in Eastern regional routes.
• Move to solo driving with assigned truck after training.
