Job summary

10-4 Logistics is seeking CDL school graduates to join its Eastern regional dry van fleet. Trainees will receive one-on-one mentoring, paid orientation, and ongoing training to progress to solo driving.

During training, earn $850 per week and, once solo, expected earnings rise to $1,600–$1,800+ per week with no-touch freight and regional routes. Benefits start from day one, including medical and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL.
• At least 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school.
• Satisfactory driving record and the ability to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Willing to learn, communicate professionally, and put safety first.

Responsibilities

• Participate in one-on-one mentoring and training.
• Complete paid orientation and training until ready for solo driving.
• Maintain safety and reliability while gaining regional driving experience.
