Job summary

10-4 Logistics in the Eastern region is hiring CDL school graduates to start strong in the trucking industry. The program provides training, a mentor, paid orientation, and a clear path to solo driving.

During training you earn $850 per week; after you go solo you can earn $1,600–$1,800+ per week with no-touch dry van routes, weekly or bi-weekly home time, and 24/7 dispatch support.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL.
• At least 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school.
• Satisfactory driving record and ability to meet DOT/FMCSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Participate in mentor-led training during the program.
• Complete orientation and training until approved for solo driving.
• Move to solo driving with assigned truck and regional routes.
