Job summary

10-4 Logistics is seeking CDL school graduates to join the Eastern regional dry van fleet. You will train with a mentor, complete paid orientation, and build skills for regional freight. You’ll begin earning during training and progress to solo driving in your own truck.

The program offers weekly pay, company-paid tolls, 24/7 dispatch support, and benefits from day one. After solo, expect regional routes with no-touch freight and strong home-time options.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required or in training with certified instruction.
• 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school completed.
• Driving record meets DOT and FMCSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Train one-on-one with a mentor during the training phase.
• Participate in orientation and build skills for regional freight.
• Move to solo driving with assigned truck and earnings expectations.
