Job summary

WM (Waste Management) is seeking CDL drivers to operate heavy-duty refuse trucks across residential and commercial routes. You will ensure safe loading, follow DOT rules, and maintain accurate end-of-day documentation.

Qualifications

• CDL class A or B with air-brake endorsement, or equivalent military driving experience
• 1 year of driving experience within the last 7 years or CDL requirement
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work
• Able to read, write and speak English well enough to interact with the public and complete reports
• Pre-employment drug screen and physical

Responsibilities

• Operate waste collection vehicle per safety rules and DOT requirements
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Communicate with Operations Manager and Dispatch about service issues
• Dump receptacles completely and leave sites clean
• Assist other drivers to meet customer needs
