Job summary

WM is seeking professional CDL drivers to operate heavy-duty trucks across residential, commercial, and roll-off routes. You will navigate urban environments, perform precise backing maneuvers, and ensure timely pickup of waste or recyclables while adhering to safety rules and regulatory standards.

The role requires a valid CDL A or B with air-brake endorsements, 1 year of driving experience, and English proficiency for reports and communication.

Qualifications

• CDL required; Class A or B with air-brake endorsement preferred.
• 1 year CDL driving or 1 year of equivalent military driving in the last 7 years.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to read, write, and speak English and complete records or reports.
• Pre-employment drug screen and physical required.

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicles in accordance with safety rules, OSHA and DOT requirements.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and document checks.
• Report unsafe situations or service-related issues promptly.
• Attend required trainings and meetings.
• Coordinate with dispatch to improve route efficiency and communicate delays.
• Complete end-of-day documentation and logs.
• Load and unload as needed and ensure customer locations are clean and safe.
