Job summary

Capital Waste Services is seeking a safety-focused Roll-Off Driver to operate roll-off trucks, load open-top containers, and transport waste to disposal or recycling facilities. You will deliver excellent customer service while following DOT regulations and company safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL.
• DOT Medical Card must be current.
• Acceptable MVR.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screening, background check, and DOT physical.
• Minimum age 21.
• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate Roll-Off truck in DOT compliance and company policies.
• Deliver, exchange, and remove roll-off containers at customer locations.
• Transport waste, recycling, construction debris, and other materials to designated facilities.
• Secure containers and loads before transport.
• Position containers safely at customer sites.
• Complete assigned routes and service requests on schedule.
• Navigate challenging operating environments safely.
