Job summary

Capital Waste Services is seeking a safety-focused Roll-Off Driver to operate roll-off trucks and move containers between customer sites, transfer stations, and landfills. You will provide excellent customer service while following all DOT rules and company safety policies.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL is required.
• Valid DOT Medical Card and acceptable MVR.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and DOT physical.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Commitment to safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Roll-Off truck per DOT regulations and company policies.
• Deliver, exchange, and remove roll-off containers at customer sites.
• Transport waste, recycling, and construction debris to designated facilities.
• Secure loads and ensure safe container placement.
• Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections and document accordingly.
• Respond to service requests promptly and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
