Job summary

Rumpke Waste & Recycling is hiring a Roll Off Driver to service customers and haul roll-off containers to disposal sites. A valid CDL Class B with DOT medical card is required, with long days and potential night/weekend shifts.

Qualifications

Ability to read and understand maps and navigation systems.
Excellent truck driving and maneuvering skills with safe operation.
Preference for ability to drive a manual transmission.
General knowledge of truck mechanics and preventive checks.
Clear written and verbal communication with customers and dispatch.
Proficient in reading/speaking English for safety training and directions.

Responsibilities

Operate roll-off truck safely to deliver and remove containers on assigned routes or by work order.
Maintain and update route sheets and perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections.
Ensure load security and clean work area; report issues to dispatch.
Interact professionally with customers and internal teams; support additional work orders.
Perform other duties as assigned.
