Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand a map and/or navigation system.
• Ability to drive manual transmission is preferred.
• General knowledge of the truck mechanics.
• Good written and verbal communication skills with customers and dispatch.
• Must be able to read and speak the English language well enough to communicate, understand, and respond to questions, directions, traffic signs, signals, and safety training.

Responsibilities

• Operate truck to deliver and remove roll-off containers on a route or work order.
• Maintain and update route sheets.
• Conduct daily pre-trip/post-trip inspections and complete DVIR logs.
• Inspect containers and ensure load securement.
• Interact professionally with customers and support dispatch on additional work orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
