Job summary

Fresh Environmental Services in Columbus, OH is seeking a dependable Roll-off Truck Operator to join our safety-focused team. You will safely operate a roll-off truck, deliver and exchange containers, and maintain accurate logs while upholding exceptional customer service at every site.

Qualified candidates will hold a valid CDL with a clean driving record and be able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL required.
• Clean driving record required.
• Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening.
• Previous roll-off or waste industry experience preferred.
• Ability to operate safely around construction sites.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic smartphone or tablet skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a roll-off truck.
• Deliver, exchange, and remove roll-off containers.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Secure containers and ensure loads are transported safely.
• Complete route paperwork and electronic logs accurately.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding schedules and service issues.
• Maintain clean equipment and report maintenance concerns promptly.
• Provide professional customer service at every job site.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures.
