Job summary

Rumpke Waste and Recycling in Lima, OH is seeking a Residential Front Load Driver to service customer routes and haul waste/recycling to disposal sites. This role requires operating different trucks and adherence to safety standards.

Candidates must have a valid Class B CDL, a DOT Medical Card, be at least 19, and maintain a clean driving record; shifts may include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a valid Class B CDL.
• Must have a valid DOT Medical Card or able to obtain prior to hire.
• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• No more than 3 moving violations within the last 2 years.
• Must not have any DUI's or OVI's within the last 5 years or 2 in the last 10 years.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operate trucks to provide trash or recycling removal services and haul to disposal site.
• May pull or push containers from enclosures or inside buildings.
• Replace trash/recycling carts neatly at the curb or designated area.
• Clean up waste spills and overflows.
• Maintain and update route sheets.
• Perform daily pre-trip/post-trip inspections and DVIR logs.
