Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Residential Driver to operate heavy‑duty automated side-load or rear-load trucks and collect residential waste or recyclables. Drivers will transport materials to disposal, transfer, or recycle facilities and navigate residential streets and traffic.

You will complete pre/post-trip inspections, report unsafe situations, and work with Route Manager to optimize routes. CDL with air-brake endorsement required; 21+ eligibility; strong benefits package available.

Qualifications

• Education: None Required.
• Experience: 1 year of experience operating a vehicle requiring a CDL or equivalent within the last 7 years.

Responsibilities

• Operates vehicle in accordance with Life Critical Rules, OSHA and DOT requirements and laws.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections using the DVIR.
• Reports unsafe situations to Route Manager or Dispatch.
• Attends and participates in all scheduled training programs and meetings.
• Works with Route Manager to improve route efficiencies.
• Notifies Route Manager of incidents or service interruptions.
• Communicates customer requests to Dispatch or Route Manager.
• Dumps receptacles completely and leaves the location clean.
• Follows route assignments and completes end of day documentation.
• Performs duties as scheduled and assists other drivers as directed.
• Maintains a positive work environment with customers and coworkers.
