Job summary

Waste Pro USA Inc. has immediate openings for energetic CDL drivers to operate refuse collection vehicles on pre-assigned routes. You will oversee helpers, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and ensure safe loading of garbage, yard waste, and recycling.

A company driver award of $10,000 is available to eligible drivers. Ideal candidates are 21+ with a clean driving record, able to communicate in English, and compliant with DOT/state requirements.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL Class A or B.
• Clean driving record required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to read and speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate refuse collection vehicles on pre-established routes.
• Oversee helpers on the route and perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Comply with DOT and state requirements for commercial motor vehicles.
• Maintain logs and reports as required by company and regulation.
• Provide courteous customer service on routes and protect company assets.
• Load/unload refuse and perform basic truck maintenance tasks as needed.
