Job summary

Rumpke is seeking a Residential Automated Driver in Louisville, KY. You will operate automated trucks to collect waste and recycling, service routes, and interact with customers while adhering to safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a Class B CDL, DOT medical card, and 1–2 years of driving experience. This full-time role requires flexible hours, including nights/weekends, and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL is required.
• DOT medical card required or able to obtain before hire.
• Must be at least 19 years old.
• No DUI/DWI in recent years.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated trucks safely to remove trash/recycling for customers.
• Move containers from enclosures or buildings as needed.
• Replace receptacles neatly at curb/area and clean spills.
• Maintain route and driver logs; perform pre/post-trip inspections.
• Provide professional customer interaction.
• Other duties as assigned.
