Job summary

Waste-Pro is seeking a Grapple Driver to operate refuse collection vehicles on pre-assigned routes, with oversight of helpers on the route. The role includes pre/post trip inspections, truck cleaning, and ensuring proper loading at landfills or transfer stations.

Applicants must hold a Class A or B CDL with a clean driving record, be 21 or older, and proficient in English. The job may require working on-call or during emergencies and adherence to DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• CDL required with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 1 year CDL vehicle experience in the past 7 years preferred.
• Must be 21+ years old and able to read and understand English instructions.

Responsibilities

• Drive refuse collection truck on assigned routes following safety rules and DOT guidelines.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Assist on routes with helpers and unload/recycle garbage and materials at appropriate facilities.
