Job summary

Fordyce Concrete Co., a CRH company, is hiring a Ready-Mix Driver to deliver concrete to diverse projects in the Kansas City area. You will operate modern mixer trucks, perform pre/post-trip inspections, and maintain delivery records while working independently with team support.

We seek individuals with a high school diploma or GED, CDL A or B, and 3+ years of truck driving experience. Night/weekend work and OTA may be required with a strong commitment to safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years’ experience driving trucks of similar size and equipment preferred.
• Valid CDL A or B license required; must maintain an active, clear record. (must be able to drive manual transmission)

Responsibilities

• Safely operate ready mix trucks to deliver concrete to job sites and company locations.
• Conduct daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections by DOT standards.
• Load and unload equipment and materials as needed.
• Maintain accurate mileage logs and delivery records.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and traffic laws.
• Perform minor truck maintenance and keep your vehicle clean and orderly.
• Support your team and supervisors with additional duties as required.
• Deliver quality service and represent our company with professionalism and courtesy.
