Fordyce Concrete Company, Inc. is hiring a Ready-Mix Driver to ensure safe, on-time delivery of concrete to diverse job sites in the Kansas City area. The role emphasizes independent work with support from a safety-focused team and modern equipment.

You will operate mixer trucks, perform DOT-required inspections, maintain logs, and uphold accurate delivery records while delivering professional service and maintaining vehicle condition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years' experience driving trucks of similar size and equipment preferred.
• CDL A or B license required; must maintain an active, clear record. (manual transmission)

Responsibilities

• Safely operate ready mix trucks to deliver concrete to job sites and company locations.
• Conduct daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections by DOT standards.
• Load and unload equipment and materials as needed.
• Maintain accurate mileage logs and delivery records.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and traffic laws.
• Perform minor truck maintenance and keep your vehicle clean and orderly.
• Support your team and supervisors with additional duties as required.
• Deliver quality service and represent our company with professionalism and courtesy.
