Job summary

Fordyce Concrete Co., a CRH company, is seeking an experienced Ready-Mix Driver to deliver concrete safely to diverse projects in the Kansas City area. You will operate mixer trucks, perform pre-trip inspections, and maintain logs while upholding our safety standards and customer service ethos.

The role requires a CDL license, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years’ experience driving trucks of similar size and equipment preferred.
• Valid CDL A or B license required; must maintain an active, clear record (manual transmission).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate ready mix trucks to deliver concrete to job sites and company locations.
• Load and unload equipment and materials as needed.
• Maintain accurate mileage logs and delivery records.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and traffic laws.
• Perform minor truck maintenance and keep your vehicle clean and orderly.
• Support your team and supervisors with additional duties as required.
• Deliver quality service and represent our company with professionalism and courtesy.
