Job summary

Titan America, LLC's Conway facility is hiring a CDL Ready Mix Driver to safely operate and deliver ready-mix concrete to customers. The role requires a valid Class B CDL and a professional, customer-focused approach in outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL and ability to maintain a clean driving record.
• Professional and courteous attitude toward coworkers and customers.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme heat/cold.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform repetitive movements with lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and OT.
• Ability to pass background check, DOT physical, drug screen, and MVR.
• Ability to wear PPE.
• All other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate truck in accordance with all applicable regulations.
• Load and deliver perishable product to customers with quality customer service.
• Assist with plant maintenance, cleanup and other duties as assigned when not driving.
• Complete required pre- and post-trip inspections and report maintenance as needed.
• Operate truck to receive load, evaluate slump, and drive to job site.
• Communicate with dispatch, maintenance, and plant management to facilitate information flow.
• Keep inside and outside of truck clean.
• Communicate with customers and co-workers professionally.
• Knowledge of ready-mix industry is a plus.
