Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL and clean driving record.
• Professional and courteous attitude with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme heat/cold and variable weather.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background check, DOT medical, drug screen, MVRO).
• Flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and OT.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and deliver ready-mix concrete per schedule.
• Load and deliver perishable product with attention to quality and service.
• Assist with plant maintenance and cleanup when not driving.
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections and reports.
• Maintain truck cleanliness and communicate with dispatch for efficient service.
