Job summary

Titan America LLC is seeking a CDL Ready Mix Driver for the Castle Hayne facility in Wilmington, NC. This role involves safe truck operation, timely delivery of perishable concrete products, and strong customer service on a fast-paced site.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL and clean driving record.
• Professional and courteous attitude at all times.
• Willingness to work outdoors in extreme weather.
• Ability to pass background check, DOT physical, drug screen, and MVR.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Willingness to wear required PPE.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate truck per regulations.
• Load and deliver perishable product to customers.
• Assist with plant maintenance and other duties as assigned.
• Complete required pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Communicate with dispatch and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Keep truck clean inside and out.
• Document tickets and paperwork in a timely manner.
• Support customer service with professional communication.
• Ready-mix industry knowledge or related industry a plus.
