Job summary

Titan America in Spring Lake is seeking a CDL Ready Mix Driver to join our team. The role involves safely operating a truck to deliver ready-mix concrete while ensuring compliance with all regulations. As part of the job, you'll interact with customers, complete inspections, and assist with plant maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have a valid Class B CDL, a clean driving record, and preferably 1-2 years of commercial driving experience. Titan America offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits, including health insurance and a 401k savings plan.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL and ability to maintain a clean driving record.
• One (1) - two (2) years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Ability to pass pre-employment processes including criminal background check, DOT physical, drug screen, and Motor Vehicle Report.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive movements.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate truck in accordance with regulations.
• Efficiently load and deliver product to customer.
• Assist with plant maintenance and cleanup as assigned.
• Complete required pre and post trip inspections.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
