Job summary

Titan America LLC, at the S&W Ready Mix facility in Goldsboro, NC, is seeking a CDL Ready Mix Driver with a Class B license to join our team. You will safely operate concrete trucks, load and deliver perishable product, and maintain vehicle readiness while delivering quality customer service.

The role requires flexibility with shifts, adherence to DOT and safety rules, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

Valid Class B CDL and a clean driving record.
Professional, courteous attitude toward coworkers and customers.
Ability to work outdoors in extreme heat/cold and other conditions.
Willingness to pass pre-employment checks (DOT physical, drug screen, background, MVR).
Ability to wear required PPE and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Safely operate truck in accordance with all federal/state regulations and company policies.
Load and deliver perishable product to customers while maintaining quality and service.
Perform pre/post trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
Drive to job sites, discharge material, and clean truck to minimize buildup.
Complete forms and paperwork promptly; keep truck clean inside and out.
Coordinate with dispatch/maintenance/plant management to ensure smooth operations.
Interact with customers and the public in a professional manner.
Possess or develop knowledge of the ready-mix industry; training welcomed.
