Job summary

Titan America LLC is hiring a CDL Ready Mix Driver for our Conway, SC facility. The role requires safe operation of delivery trucks, timely loading and unloading of ready-mix materials, and adherence to DOT and company safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL required.
• Professional and courteous conduct with co-workers and customers.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme temperatures.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment and perform repetitive movements.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and OT.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings including background check, DOT physical, drug screen, and MVRO.
• Willingness to wear and use PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate truck in accordance with federal, state, and company regulations.
• Load and deliver perishable product to customers with quality service.
• Assist with plant maintenance and cleanup as needed.
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections; report maintenance needs.
• maneuver truck on job site, connect chutes and discharge material.
• Complete all forms and tickets in a timely manner.
• Maintain clean interior and exterior of truck.
• Communicate with dispatch, maintenance, and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Interact professionally with customers, coworkers, and the public.
• Knowledge of ready-mix industry is a plus.
