Job summary

SRM Concrete is hiring Mixer Operators to deliver ready mix concrete to on-site locations with Class A or B CDL. You’ll be the face of SRM, ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries and safe operations while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities include loading, mixing, inspecting concrete, performing safety checks, and coordinating with dispatch. Prior experience is a plus, but motivated newcomers are welcome to learn.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or Class B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record.
• Strong commitment to exceptional customer service and SRM’s values.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
