Job summary

SRM Concrete is hiring Mixer Operators to deliver ready mix concrete to construction sites. If you hold a Class A or B CDL and are safety-focused with a service mindset, you’ll represent SRM on every job site and be home daily.

You’ll operate mixer trucks, load and inspect concrete to spec, and maintain strong customer relations. We offer a supportive team, clear routes, and a pathway for growth within a national leader in concrete.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Class A or B CDL.
• DOT medical card current and valid.
• Demonstrated safe driving history and commitment to safety.
• Strong customer service orientation for client interactions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather.
• Willingness to complete SRM’s pre-employment screenings.
• Newcomers encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM with professionalism.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks for vehicle safety.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself and the team.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
