SRM Concrete (Smyrna Ready Mix) is seeking Mixer Operators to join our nationwide team. You will drive a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) delivering ready mix to commercial and residential sites, while upholding safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Commitment to safety and quality service.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to operating procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver customer service with professionalism at every site.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine vehicle maintenance.
• Follow all safety protocols to protect yourself and others.
• Maintain delivery and vehicle records in company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch for efficient routing and scheduling.
• Assist with plant or yard duties as needed.
