Job summary

Century Concrete Inc., a CRH company, is seeking a Ready-Mix Driver to ensure safe and timely delivery of concrete to diverse job sites. You will operate modern mixer trucks and represent the company with professionalism while working mostly independently.

Requirements include a valid CDL A or B, high school diploma or GED, 3+ years of truck driving experience, and manual transmission experience. The role requires flexible availability, DOT compliance, and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years' experience driving trucks of similar size and equipment preferred.
• Valid CDL A or B license required; must maintain an active, clear record.
• Manual Transmission experience required, No manual restriction (E)

Responsibilities

• Safely operate ready mix trucks to deliver concrete to job sites and company locations.
• Conduct daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections by DOT standards.
• Load and unload equipment and materials as needed.
• Maintain accurate mileage logs and delivery records.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and traffic laws.
• Perform minor truck maintenance and keep your vehicle clean and orderly.
• Support your team and supervisors with additional duties as required.
• Deliver quality service and represent our company with professionalism and courtesy.
