Job summary

UHP in Northwest Arkansas is launching the CDL program at the Ignite Skilled Trades Institute in partnership with Walmart Transportation, aiming for February 2027. You will own the regulatory data and the systems of record that prove compliance to ADHE, FMCSA, the State Police and employer partners.

This is not a traditional PM role. You will manage launch plans, filings, and audits, coordinate with insurers and vendors, and ensure ongoing cohort compliance and timely submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years managing projects or programs with multiple workstreams.
• 2+ years in a regulated environment (education licensing, transportation, DOT, or military operations).
• Experience preparing applications and filings to a government agency.
• Strong records management and audit readiness.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills with PM and document management tools.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check.
• Willingness to work full-time onsite in Gentry, Arkansas; commute or relocation required.

Responsibilities

• Own the CDL pilot launch plan, tracking all workstreams and deadlines.
• Run weekly standups and go/no-go gate reviews with Walmart Transportation.
• Maintain regulatory calendars and ensure filings don't lapse.
• Submit ADHE filings and manage FMCSA Training Provider Registry.
• Build and maintain systems of record for audits and compliance.
• Coordinate with insurers, vendors, and partners to hit launch dates.
• Publish weekly status reports on gates, risks, and decisions.
• Develop repeatable launch playbooks for future cohorts.
