Job summary

Ancora Education invites applications for the CDL Program Director role, a 100% traveling, full-time exempt professional position. You will oversee the CDL program, hire and mentor Driver Trainers, and collaborate with faculty to ensure high-quality curriculum and student success.

You will engage in recruitment support, student advising, and data-driven program improvement while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and accreditation standards. Expect travel across campuses as required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and coordinating CDL or similar training programs.
• Experience in curriculum development, revision, and implementation.
• Ability to hire, orient, develop, evaluate and recognize instructors/trainers.

Responsibilities

• Lead CDL program with responsibilities for faculty meetings and program quality.
• Provide academic advising and referrals to students as needed.
• Retain students by identifying barriers and coordinating tutoring or support.
• Monitor student progress and communicate trends to stakeholders.
• Contribute to curriculum development and program improvement.
