Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• CDL License is required.
• 3 years of instructional experience in a post-secondary setting.
• 5 years of industry experience in instruction.
• 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Ability to qualify as a CDL Driver/Driver Trainer.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CampusVue.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for the CDL Program.
• Hires, orients, develops, evaluates, and recognizes Driver Trainers.
• Oversees curriculum quality and program materials.
• Advises students and participates in orientation and advising.
• Monitors student progress and retention, with regular cohort reports.
• Attends faculty meetings and supports program development and accreditation.
