Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• CDL Class A license with at least 2 years driving experience.
• 5 years of industry experience in the field of instruction.
• 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of federal FMCSA and state Department of Motor Vehicle standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the CDL program and oversee curriculum development and implementation.
• Hire, orient, develop, and evaluate Driver Trainers; ensure performance and compliance.
• Advise students, monitor retention, and coordinate student services and counseling.
• Lead faculty meetings, performance appraisals, and professional development activities.
• Plan program budgetary needs and ensure program quality and accreditation readiness.
