Qualifications

• CDL license with at least 2 years driving experience.
• 5 years of industry experience in instruction.
• 2 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of faculty development, reporting, and accreditation standards.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of the FMCSA and state DMV standards.

Responsibilities

• Provides student advising and tutoring referrals as needed.
• Leads student retention initiatives and monitors progress.
• Maintains records of student interactions and attendance.
• Oversees curriculum, materials, equipment, and facilities.
• Directs Driver Trainers and attends weekly faculty meetings.
• Ensures compliance with federal/state education regulations.
