Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDL license with driving experience.
• 5 years of instruction experience in the field.
• 2 years in a supervisory/management role.
• Knowledge of faculty development and program standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the CDL program and curriculum development.
• Hire, orient, develop, and evaluate Driver Trainers.
• Conduct regular faculty meetings and monitor program quality.
• Advise students and assist with retention and advising.
• Collect data and participate in continuous program improvement.
