Job summary

Ancora Education is seeking a CDL Program Director in Colorado to lead and mentor the CDL program, participate in curriculum development, and support student success across the campus. Role involves coordinating driver trainer activities, advising students, and driving program improvements with the faculty and Home Office team.

The Director will monitor student progress, engage in orientation and career guidance, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards while fostering collaboration

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDL Class A license with at least 2 years driving experience.
• Associate’s Degree or higher preferred; 5+ years instruction experience.
• 2 years in a management or supervisory role preferred.
• Knowledge of faculty development and accreditation standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide services to students, including advising, tutoring referrals, and retention initiatives.
• Oversee curriculum quality, instructional materials, and facilities.
• Supervise and mentor Driver Trainers; participate in faculty meetings and program development.
• Maintain records and monitor student progress, contact students regularly.
