Qualifications

• Leadership and program oversight experience in an educational setting.
• Strong curriculum development and revision skills.
• Proven ability to advise and support students and staff.
• Experience hiring, orienting, and evaluating instructors/trainer staff.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and accreditation processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead CDL program and faculty meetings; oversee curriculum and instruction quality.
• Provide student advising during provisional periods and for career questions.
• Monitor student progress and intervene to reduce at-risk students.
• Develop and implement strategies for student retention and success.
• Support faculty performance, training, and professional development.
• Collaborate with Home Office/executive teams on curriculum improvements.
