Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in academic instruction in a post-secondary environment.
• 5 years of industry experience in the field of instruction.
• 2 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Ability to qualify as a CDL Driver /Driver Trainer.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and database programs (CampusVue preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provides services to students and offers academic counseling as needed.
• Oversees curriculum development and the master schedule planning.
• Leads faculty recruitment, onboarding, and evaluation.
• Maintains program records and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Coaches driver trainers to improve instructional delivery.
• Supports student advising and retention efforts.
