Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of relevant people-facing experience preferred; at least 1 year required.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate mobile drive buses and transport staff in a DOT-compliant manner.
• Prepare collection site setup and technology systems.
• Perform donor screening, mini-physical, and phlebotomy.
• Provide excellent donor service and handle inquiries professionally.
• Maintain equipment, records, and donor safety.
