Job summary

Thompson Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Class A or B CDL Operator to safely perform vacuum and hydroblasting tasks across services lines. You will oversee safety on client sites, operate high‑pressure equipment, and ensure DOT compliance with pre/post trip checks and logs.

The role requires a valid CDL, English proficiency, and may require TWIC. Opportunities include growth, benefits after 30 days, 401K, and tuition reimbursement in a safety‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with CDL Class A or B.
• TWIC may be required.
• Experience operating a vacuum truck.
• HAZMAT and Tanker Endorsements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as safety representative for safety policies and procedures on client sites.
• Operate vacuum and hydroblasting equipment and high‑pressure pumps.
• Perform pre/post trip inspections and maintain logs in accordance with DOT requirements.
• May direct a crew of vacuum technicians and transport equipment as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and assist with field tasks.
