Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Class A or B CDL; Air Brake Restriction removed.
• Active Medical Examiner’s Certificate per FMCSA regulations.
• Tank Vehicle Endorsement (N) during probation.
• Permanent employees must obtain required certifications within probation.

Responsibilities

• Operate trucks, loaders and other assigned machinery.
• Maintain a valid CDL and complete required certifications.
• Perform flagger responsibilities during maintenance activities.
• Use hand tools for tasks like cleaning culverts, cutting grass, erecting signs.
• Inspect equipment, perform minor repairs and document conditions.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards.
